In the heart of the Touraine region, this is a natural feature with unsuspected landscapes: sparkling formations, tube stalactites, waterfalls, rock curtains, underground lake, Gallo-Roman cemetery and prehistoric animals. A fabulous natural spectacle created by the unceasing work of this water that can cover objects with calcite and fill rubber moulds to produce magnificent ivory-coloured bas-reliefs based on 19th century lithographs. There is also a museum of petrifaction.
