The highest cave in the Pyrenees. Fontrabiouse and Espousouille, two picturesque villages in the Capcir region, are built on a very ancient limestone range. Over the centuries, a stream rising on the summit has hollowed out one of the finest cave systems in France. The guided tour will take you through galleries in luminous caves full of magnificent formations (curtains, stalagmites, stalactites, soda straws, columns, crystals and bouquets of aragonite). The tour is suitable for all ages and is open throughout the year. A constant underground temperature of 6°C. The guided tour takes about 1 hour. Reductions for groups by appointment throughout the year.
